Starbucks

We ordered bagels and focaccia with 3 flat white. The bagels and focaccia were served ice cold and when we asked if it could be heated we were informed that the oven was broken. A basic expectation is to let someone know of a broken oven before placing the order. To top our disappointment all the flat whites we ordered had hazelnut flavor in them which was not something we asked for. Extremely poorly managed establishment.

Set inside an iconic and beautiful building, the service here is not as good but is passable. The drinks are served relatively quickly but were a little diluted. The chocolate chip cookie was nice but a little sweet. Surprisingly, they do not ask for names but do call out the name of the drinks.

All the respect for the girl who was working all by herself (alone) with no assistent I sight, she stayed respectful, apologising every time for the waiting time. Absolute no respect to the management who let her work alone, in the time we where there, there was nobody helping her, not a sign that help is on the way. For a multi national company like Starbucks you would expact more! Shameful!

Nice Starbucks in Bergen Norway. Of course you get what you expect for the price that you know.

It’s really nice building with beautiful views. The service is excellent! The staff is wonderful. Bergen icon mug is beautiful.

It is our 4th time here. And the last visits were really good. But today Trish was the worst. I understand that with all us tourists it’s not easy to work. But she was totally unfriendly, had an ice popsicle in her mouth while assisting us with a problem from our order. Very sad. All her colleagues were so nice. I hope next time - and I will be back for sure!!! - the situation will be as we know it from our last visits.

In Bergen they have 2 branches the nearest to reach is in nearby Fløyen. I like the place, so cozy, rusty feeling, mellow music, friendly staffs, have a bookshelves on near windows, plenty of chairs you can sit with, and food and drinks to offer that you surely fit on your budget. Unfortunately, talk about the restroom you gonna have to go through to the other resto to use the restroom. Cause the Starbucks have other shops sharing in one huge building so the restroom is for everyone. Though I haven't use one of it ,my friend told me so. Hope you visit the Starbucks so easily to see near the road to Torget.
